LA SportsNet is never available to the majority of households in the service area. Collusion demands direcTV

AT & amp; T general adviser David McAtee responded to the claim, stating that the company made its decision "independently, legally and only after thorough negotiations with content owners", and argues that no other provider carries channels because they do not want to pass the TWC "raise the price" to channels to consumers.

The completion of March 2017 requires AT & T to further ensure that its employees maintain confidentiality during contract negotiations. But the circumstances of such negotiations remain unchanged because AT & T is not required to make bargaining concessions.
