Disney CEO Michael Eisner was very interested in the development of the new city in the early days, encouraging executives at the Disney Development Company to "make history" and develop a city worthy of Disney's brand and heritage extended to Walt Disney's vision of the Future Experimental Prototype Community EPCOT). The DDC executives work together extensively with leaders in education, health and technology as well as planners and architects to create a vision and operational policy for the city.

The next phase includes the development of a number of developers, including David Waronker.

Civil settings

In 2016, The Wall Street Journal reported that the owners of the Town Center condominiums "are struggling against a leaky roof, a balcony that has been separated from the side of the building and molds spreading on their walls." Their property has become very dilapidated, they say, sell it. "

A civil lawsuit in April 2016 seeks to have the City Center, "which took over part of the Celebration in 2004, to pay up to $ 15 million to $ 20 million in repairs" pending for ten years.

Transportation

91% of the people who work outside their homes go to work.

Two main roads passing through the center of the Celebration center are Market Street and Front Street. Other roads in the Celebration include:

Celebration Avenue
This is considered the main street in town. The road runs from 192 US to Artisan Park where it ends in a traffic circle. Starting from 192 US near the Disney Park and Celebration water tower, you can find a small shopping center. From there, the Celebration Avenue passes through the North Village, separates the Celebration golf course, through several shops and schools under the city, and then proceeds to parks and homes in the new section of Celebration.
Celebration Boulevard
Celebration Boulevard has two parts. The most common part is a parallel path with I-4 covering many commercial businesses and High School Celebrations. The architecture on the street is mostly Celebration Modern style. This style reflects the art of Streamlining Moderne and Art Deco influence with its sleek lines, rare but effective ornaments, and many opportunities for individual expressive features individually. The whole street is filled with two lines of the Washington Palms. The buildings on the street include seats under the shade of trees and trellises along their front. Another part of the Celebration Boulevard is located on the other side of the golf course, closer to the Celebration Water Tower in the North Village. Here, Celebration Boulevard is almost completely residential. In addition to the houses perched behind a white picket fence, this section of the Celebration Boulevard runs past Georgetown condominiums, community pools and soccer fields.
Celebration Place
The Celebration Place almost stretches the gap between the two sections of Celebration Boulevard, except that its eastern end ends at Water Tower Plaza, not at the entrance to the North Village on the other side of State Road 417. Place Celebration is a street advertisement.
