Platt Hill State Park is an undeveloped public recreation area occupying 159 acres (64 ha) in the town of Winchester, Connecticut. This state park has hiking trails, picnic sites, and views of the surrounding area.

This park is one of the few public recreation areas acquired in 1950 using inherited funds for that purpose by George Dudley Seymour. The park first appeared on the state scrolls in the 1960 edition of the Connecticut and Manual State Register , where it is reported to have 50 hectares (20 hectares).
