Toilet cleaners in the tank (Also known as Toilet water tablets , drop-in cleaners , etc.) are tablets or cartridges that add chemicals to the water of the toilet tank to reduce the stains of the toilet. They are generally used to prevent toilet bowl stains from calcium, limestone, fungi, etc. Most contain chlorine bleach as the main active ingredient, but some may use other main active ingredients.
